Is there a period of time within which you will give a refund if the number just doesn't work at all?


If I were to buy a $200 prepaid Mastercard from you using XMR, but then I weren't able to use it as intended because the merchant's 3rd party payment processor blocks Tor users, would you give a refund or am I stuck with it?

Hey, we make refunds only if we fail to deliver the order. It's impossible for us to refund for any gift card, because when you make a purchase it's already paid to the provider (for example MyPrepaidCenter for Mastercards) company. This is why we always recommend to make a small test first to make sure target website supports these cards.

Also, it's very likely that you will get declined using Tor because most payment processors simply flag it as suspicious.
