Is there a period of time within which you will give a refund if the number just doesn't work at all?
If I were to buy a $200 prepaid Mastercard from you using XMR, but then I weren't able to use it as intended because the merchant's 3rd party payment processor blocks Tor users, would you give a refund or am I stuck with it?
